Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at sznd! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the delivery option selected:

Standard Shipping	5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping	3-5 business days

Please note: Total time to receive your package is Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

sznd currently only ships to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

sznd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. sznd does not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases made on our store.

Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received.
